Studio Policies
These policies protect your results, your time, and the integrity of every appointment in this studio. Please read them before booking — questions are always welcome.
01
All services performed at Perfect Brows Studio are non-refundable. Permanent makeup is a skilled, time-intensive service — once a session has been completed, the work, materials, and appointment time cannot be returned.
Results vary based on individual skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, and natural healing. Because these factors are unique to each client, variation in outcome does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances and will be applied toward the cost of your appointment.
02
I reserve time exclusively for each client. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave that time unfillable and directly impact my ability to serve other clients on the waitlist.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly by phone or text at (512) 572-5072. Do not attempt to modify your appointment through the booking system alone without notifying me.
03
Your health and safety — and the health of every client who visits this studio — matters. I reserve the right to refuse service to any client who arrives showing signs of a contagious illness, including but not limited to:
If you arrive and I determine it is not safe to proceed, the appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit retained for that future visit.
04
Please plan to arrive on time. Appointments begin at their scheduled time — arriving late cuts into the precision and care your results require.
If you're running behind, please text me as soon as you know. I'll do my best to accommodate when possible, but I cannot guarantee it.
05
A perfecting session (touch-up) is recommended 6–10 weeks after your initial appointment and is priced separately. This session refines the shape, fills any areas that healed lighter, and ensures your results are exactly where they should be.
Have Questions?
These policies exist to protect the quality of your experience. If anything is unclear or you have a specific situation, reach out before booking — I'd rather answer a question upfront than have a misunderstanding later.
