Most clients describe the sensation as light scratching. A topical numbing cream is applied before the procedure to minimize discomfort. The majority of clients are surprised by how comfortable the experience is.

Am I a good candidate for microblading?

Microblading works best on normal to dry skin types. If you have oily skin, microshading may be a better option as it tends to retain pigment more effectively. During your virtual consultation, Lydia will assess your skin type and recommend the right technique for you.

What does the healing process look like?

Your brows will appear darker and more defined immediately after the appointment. Over the following 7–14 days they will lighten, peel, and settle into their final color. Full healing takes approximately 4–6 weeks, at which point your Perfecting Session is recommended.
