All deposits are non-refunable. Cancellations less than 48hrs before your appointment is scheduled will result in the loss of your deposit. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let the artist know as soon as possible. Please be advised that if you cancel or attempt to reschedule your appoint less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, your deposit will be withheld and it will not be applied to your next visit should you choose to reschedule.
