Microblading for Men · Austin

Look sharper.
No one needs to know why.

Sparse, patchy, or uneven brows quietly soften your face and age you. I rebuild them by hand — one hair-stroke at a time, in a shape and color matched to you — so you look like a sharper version of yourself, not like you've had anything done.

Why It Matters

Your face makes an impression
before you say a word.

In a meeting, on a call, across the table — your brows frame your eyes and set how alert, rested, and put-together you read. Thin, patchy, or uneven brows make you look tired or older than you are, and no amount of sleep fixes it. Defined, symmetrical brows do the opposite, quietly. Nobody clocks the work. They just register that you look sharp.

What It Is

It's not makeup.
And it's not obvious.

Microblading places fine, hair-like strokes into the brow by hand, matched to your natural hair color and following the direction your brows already grow. It isn't a solid tattoo, a stencil, or a block of color. Up close it looks like hair because it's built to mimic hair. It lasts 12–18 months and fades gradually — no hard line, no sudden change anyone will notice.

01

Drawn by hand

Every stroke placed individually to follow how your own brow hair grows — never stamped, stenciled, or filled in as a block.

02

Matched to you

Shape designed to your face and pigment matched to your natural color, kept flat and masculine so it reads as yours.

03

Fades naturally

Softens gradually over 12–18 months. No maintenance in the mirror, no obvious upkeep, no hard line as it fades.

How It Works

Three steps.
It starts with a conversation.

1

Free consultation

We talk by phone and you send a couple of photos. I'll tell you honestly whether you're a good candidate and what to expect — no pressure, no cost.

2

Your appointment

We design the shape together before any pigment goes in. About two hours, numbing throughout. You leave with defined brows the same day.

3

Perfecting session

Six to eight weeks later we refine the result and even out anything that healed light. Then you're set for 12–18 months.

Why Lydia

Trained as a portrait artist.
Obsessed with restraint.

I came to microblading from fine arts — years spent drawing and painting portraits before I ever picked up a blade. That's the eye I bring to every brow: proportion, symmetry, and the discipline to stop before it looks like too much. I've built Perfect Brows Studio on a single idea — the best brow work is the kind nobody notices. Every appointment is performed by me personally, start to finish. It's never handed to staff.

Questions

Answered
honestly.

No — that's the entire point of how I work. I place fine, individual hair-strokes that follow your natural growth and match your own hair color, then I stop well before it looks like too much. The result reads as your brows, a little fuller and more defined. People tend to notice that you look rested or sharp without being able to say why.
Most men describe it as mild discomfort, not pain — closer to light scratching. I apply a topical numbing cream before and throughout, and we go at a pace that's comfortable. If you're particularly sensitive, tell me up front and we'll take our time.
Microblading lasts roughly 12–18 months before it softens and fades gradually — no hard line, no sudden change. A touch-up once a year or so keeps it looking its best. It fades naturally, so there's never a point where it looks obvious or unfinished.
There's no real downtime from daily life. Your brows look slightly darker for the first few days, then flake lightly around days four to seven. You can work through all of it. The one ask: skip heavy sweating, the gym, saunas, and swimming for about ten days so the strokes heal cleanly.
It isn't. Men with sparse, thinning, or uneven brows are excellent candidates, and the technique for men is deliberately different — I keep the shape flatter and more natural, with no arch and no cosmetic look. The goal is definition and symmetry that suits your face, nothing more.
Microblading is $550, which includes your appointment and the design work we do together beforehand. Your perfecting session six to eight weeks later is a separate $100. The consultation itself is free — we'll cover all of this before you commit to anything.
